The System Support Analyst reports to the System Support Team Lead and ensures all end‑user devices operate smoothly and efficiently. The role handles device setup, software installation and configuration, and troubleshooting technical issues, providing support both in person and remotely.
Success in this position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly. The analyst works with diverse IT infrastructure such as laptops, mobile devices, printers, networks, and cloud services, and may also contribute technical insights to projects as needed.
