TRÁCH NHIỆM CÔNG VIỆC / RESPONSIBILITIES: Công việc chính / Main tasks: Theo dõi các hạng mục được giao trên hệ thống Property Cube (P3) dưới sự hướng dẫn của quản lý./ Monitor assigned tasks on the Property Cube (P3) system under the supervision of the manager. Hỗ trợ công tác chăm sóc cư dân và vận hành dự án: cập nhật dữ liệu, theo dõi tiến độ xử lý yêu cầu, hỗ trợ công việc liên phòng ban./ Support resident services and daily operations: data entry, tracking request status, and interdepartmental coordination. Ghi nhận và chuyển tiếp các ý kiến, phản ánh của cư dân đến bộ phận liên quan./ Record and forward resident feedback to relevant departments. Sử dụng app Property Cube theo hướng dẫn từ quản lý./ Use Property Cube app under the managers guidance. Báo cáo / Reports: Thực hiện báo cáo theo hướng dẫn và chỉ đạo của quản lý trực tiếp./ Prepare reports in accordance with the instructions from the direct supervisor .
