System Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Integration of optical and mechanical equipment and robotic systems with PC and
• Communicate and work with equipment suppliers to understand and use their APIs for integration.
• Communicate and work with server‑side engineers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years working knowledge of the following:
  • Embedded SDKs (Python, C/C++/C#)
  • Windows application, file system, and file IO control development experience
  • Good command of shell scripting and Linux commands
• Familiarity with the following is a plus:
  • Hardware interfaces such as DI/DO, I2C, RS232, RS485
  • PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming
  • NVIDIA Cuda and development on Jetson-based edge servers
  • Optics knowledge (field‑of‑view, working distance, focal length, etc.)
  • Ethernet protocol
  • Able to debug system integration issues with minimal guidance
