System Engineer

Overview

We’re working with a leading Defence & Security organisation delivering cutting‑edge Electronic Warfare and RF programmes, and we’re looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to support a key long‑term project based in Luton.

This is a hands‑on role focused on requirements, system design, and integration across complex RF systems. You’ll be working in a highly collaborative engineering environment alongside domain experts and cross‑functional teams.

• Develop and manage system requirements using DOORS
• Define system interfaces to support design and integration across engineering domains
• Use MATLAB for modelling, analysis, and system validation
• Support the full engineering lifecycle from requirements through to integration, verification, and validation
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile delivery environment
