System Analyst

Responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into system specifications, and supporting design, development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions.

• Prepare functional specifications and system design documentation.
• Perform gap analysis and design system workflows, data models, and integration interfaces.
• Define API specifications and data mappings.
• Act as a liaison between business and development teams to clarify requirements and manage changes.
• Prepare test scenarios and support SIT/UAT cycles and defect resolution.
• Assist in deployment, post-implementation support, and non-functional testing.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with technology and governance standards.
