The opportunity:

The Sustainability Finance – Team Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating Sustainability Finance delivery within the Controlling Capability Center (CCC) setup. The role ensures the high-quality, compliant, and decision-relevant integration of ESG and sustainability metrics into financial reporting, planning, and business decision-making. This position sits at the intersection of Sustainability / ESG reporting, digital transformation, and Finance & Controlling. It combines functional leadership, hands-on contribution, project coordination, and stakeholder management, acting as a key interface between Sustainability, Finance & Controlling, SAP CoE / IT, external vendors, and the business.
