Job Summary: 

This position plays a vital role in implementation of Aramark’s Be Well. Do Well. Sustainability plan as well supporting our campus sustainability efforts and serving as a liaison to the campus community.

In alignment with the University’s sustainability priorities and Be Well. Do Well., the Sustainability Coordinator will work with field operations teams to implement standard operating sustainability procedures and practices in the areas of waste reduction, sustainable food sourcing, education and engagement, and efficient operations. The candidate will manage the overall sustainability program for dining operations, and work with the onsite marketing team and dietitian to communicate results.
