Job Description & Requirements
- Support the Operations Manager/ Superior and other aircon maintenance supervisors in all duties of the aircon operation. Assist the Operations Manager/superior to coordinate, schedule, and supervise aircon maintenance site staff.
- Responsible for inspecting job sites for proper cleaning and inventory of cleaning supplies.
- To attend to the client’s complaints promptly.
- To resolve problems efficiently without unnecessary delay.
- To be involved in the appointment of the Technicians
- Train, instruct, and supervise the work of the Technicians
- Ensure all works carried out by the Technicians, as set out in their Job Descriptions, are completed with due observation of appropriate Health & Safety requirements
- Able to be hands‑on when the situation requires, and other responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
