Overview

Investor & Treasury Services Malaysia is a processing centre that supports 10 countries across three time zones. As a Supervisor in Securities Lending, you will ensure timely settlement of all securities lending trades and manage any impact to RBC custody clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and extend support to International Securities Lending trading desks and manage relationships with borrowers and internal departments.
• Ensure all trades are timely recorded and updated with strict adherence to SLA.
• Act as team lead in the absence of the Manager.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to increase team efficiency and productivity.
• Provide coaching and guidance to other team members.
