Housekeeping Supervisor, House Cleaning Flooring Manager

Responsibilities

• Assign job duties to team members.
• Carry out routine inspections of all rooms and test all occupied spaces.
• Record and follow up on any maintenance problems or other issues.
• Check, regularly, service areas, shop rooms, and passages.
• Set up and monitor deep cleaning and any other projects.
• Handle and train space attendants as well as other team members to ensure their efficiency meets required standards.
• Take care of stock control and the maintenance of equipment.
• Supply exceptional guest service, including VIP and special needs.
• Ensure adherence to hotel brand name requirements at all times.
