Supervisor, Nutritional Services - Part Time, Days

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Supervisor, Nutritional Services - Part Time, Days - Food&Nutrition-Patient Food Sv -11:00AM-7:00PM Mondays, Fridays, and Every Other Weekend.

In this role, the successful candidate The main function of the supervisor is overseeing the patient food service function of the kitchen work area. This includes adherence to DOH and DNV regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise Nutritional Aides in trayline assembly and portioning of food:

Checks trayline assembly for

accuracy

proper portion control

staff sanitation – hairnets, proper glove use and hand washing

Assures trayline is accurate and timely.

In-services personnel in portioning of food, sanitation, and trayline accuracy.

Maintain daily schedule of department/ Plan monthly schedule:

Schedules nutritional aides in a timely manner, insures that all positions are filled...
