Job Overview

This is a frontline operations leadership role in a paper mill (newsprint production). You are essentially the person in charge of the plant during your shift, especially on nights and weekends.

You are not just supervising you are:

• Running production
• Managing people
• Handling emergencies
• Acting as the on‑site authority when senior management is not there

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent; Mechanical Engineering an asset
• 3‑5 years supervisory experience in a related field
