Job Description

A Port Operation Supervisor is responsible for supervising site support staff, managing device inventory, addressing on‑site issues, and providing summary reports to management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and maintain efficient inventory operations.
• Perform pre‑arming activities such as charging, initialization, and GPS connectivity tests.
• Provide on‑site support to BOC personnel.
• Document all encountered issues or problems.
• Escalate unresolved issues or problems to the Port Operations Group.
• Provide summary reports for completed trips and containers with alert status.
• Perform all other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or information technology, or equivalent education and work experience.
