Supervisor (Architectural)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee all architectural works on-site to ensure quality and compliance.
• Monitor daily construction activities, ensuring works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Enforce site safety practices and ensure compliance with all regulatory and project standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, track work progress, and prepare detailed site reports.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site issues, escalating discrepancies to the Project Manager when necessary.
• Verify that all materials delivered and used on-site meet required quality and specification standards.
• Attend and contribute to site meetings, providing updates and technical input.
• Track project timelines and ensure works are completed within schedule.
