Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Position Summary:

• Landmark Builders is seeking a full-time, experienced Superintendent in Myrtle Beach, SC.   Key Responsibilities: Field Operations & Supervision Lead field teams on assigned construction projects, providing direct supervision and guidance to subcontractors and Landmark personnel.


• Create and implement project execution plans for complex projects, adjusting as necessary to address changing needs and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, project specifications, and Landmark QA/QC program.
• Generate, maintain, and execute detailed look-ahead schedules, scheduling all subcontractors, suppliers, testing, and inspections as necessary to meet required milestones.   Safety & Quality Lead project safety culture and confirm adherence to Landmark Safety Program.

Lead weekly onsite progress meetings with subcontractors and participate in regular Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings. ...
