Summer Student - Plan Room

The Summer Employment Opportunity Program (SEOP) provides temporary summer employment opportunities to children, step-children and spouses of Mayo Clinic employees enrolled in a college degree granting program of study, and is intended to help supervisors accommodate employee vacation requests when seasonal work volumes are high. 

In this role the student will be assisting with maintaining our document management and project tracking software. Student responsibilities will include setting up synchronization of project management files, writing automation code to transfer project deliverables, and updating project tracking software, as well as other automation efforts. This role may also include some manual clean-up of current FIS spaces.
