Job Title: Substation Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Substation Engineer to support electrical design, equipment upgrades, and project engineering activities across a high-volume portfolio of substation infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can contribute immediately to complex, multi-disciplinary work packages.

Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical work packages for brownfield substation projects, including equipment replacements, upgrades, and coordination with utilities.
  • Prepare and/or review electrical design deliverables for 69 kV to 230 kV substations, including SLDs, schematics, equipment specs, and layout updates.
  • Perform or oversee key substation electrical calculations, including AC/DC station service and battery sizing.
  • Review engineering work produced by internal team members, vendors, and external consultants....
