Subcontracts Manager - Kiewit Power Contructors

Position Overview

Kiewit Power Constructors is looking for a Subcontracts Manager. Duties will include but are not limited to leading a team of estimators, participating in, and implementing win strategies, preparing conceptual estimates using historical and current market data and metrics, presenting estimates to executive management and clients, reading and interpreting documents, solicitating subcontractors, analyzing drawings and specifications, providing lowest cost design options for the lowest cost installation of construction, value management, reviewing and assisting with proposals, and other duties as required to prepare cost estimates/proposals for various types of work, including self-perform.
