Structures Foreman

We’re currently seeking an experienced Foreman to join a major $100M+ heavy refurbishment project in the CBD. This is a contract role with strong potential to transition into long-term work for the right candidate.

The Role
This position will focus on the structural and early-stage components of a complex refurbishment. You’ll be heavily involved in managing structural works, demolition interfaces, and build sequencing within an occupied or constrained CBD environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee structural and refurbishment works on a large-scale live project
• Coordinate trades across demolition, structural modifications, and rebuild phases
• Drive programme and ensure key milestones are met
• Manage site logistics in a tight, high-traffic CBD environment
