Structural Engineer (Design)

AECOM are currently a Structural Engineer to join our Building Engineering team in Abu Dhabi. The Structural Engineer will be at the forefront of creating elegant, efficient and sustainable designs for a diverse range of projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors and clients to deliver structures that meet and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop structural designs and detailed engineering calculations for buildings, bridges and other structures.
• Use advanced analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAAD, Rhino, Grasshopper) to model and optimize designs.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and reports in collaboration with CAD technicians and BIM specialists.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments and structural investigations.
