Allegro MicroSystems, LLC is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment in Muntinlupa, Philippines. This role includes collaborating with hiring managers to determine their staffing needs, championing candidate experiences during the hiring process, and maintaining data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and have 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry. This position requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in recruitment systems.
