Strategic Learning Design Lead

Qualfon is looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of learning solutions in the Central Visayas area. You will conduct learning needs analysis and create engaging content across various modes like eLearning and Instructor-Led Training.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in instructional design, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in industry-standard authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud. Join us to contribute to improving learning outcomes through innovative solutions.
