Strategic Contracts & Cost Control Engineer

Massaraa is seeking a Commercial & Contracts Engineer in Dubai to manage all contractual and commercial aspects of projects. The role includes reviewing contracts, monitoring project budgets, preparing cost analyses, and liaising with clients and subcontractors. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and 3–8 years of experience in construction or engineering, preferably in the GCC. Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and proficiency in MS Excel is required, along with excellent negotiation skills.
