2+ years of experience within the following: Sales Support / Sales Administration / High-profile Customer Engagement

• Understanding of legally binding contractual language and terminology
• Proven ability to exercise independent judgment in a high volume, high pressure, deadline driven environment
• Interpersonal skills to interface effectively with necessary stakeholders
• Capacity to analyze system ability to complete customer requests
• Proactively identify areas of risk in project execution to management and elevate as appropriate
• Work collaboratively with other team members from different disciplines and backgrounds
• Excellence in professional verbal and written communication skills
