Storekeeper

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record all incoming construction materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records (manual and system‑based)
• Issue materials to site teams as per approved requests
• Ensure proper storage and handling of civil, MEP, and joinery materials
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the procurement team
• Implement FIFO and LIFO methods for material usage
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for material requirements
• Prepare daily and weekly inventory and consumption reports

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Storekeeper (preferably in construction/luxury villas)
• Knowledge of construction materials (civil, MEP, joinery)
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP systems preferred)
