Our stores operate under a structured Gigahertz Sales Process that requires daily practice, repetition, coaching, and strict adherence . Branch Managers are expected to enforce, model, and protect this process every single day .

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a retail branch with strict adherence to the Gigahertz Sales Process
• Conduct daily sales drills, role-plays, and coaching sessions with sales staff
• Monitor execution metrics (conversion, attachments, compliance, daily targets)
• Ensure consistent customer experience through process discipline, not shortcuts
• Enforce routines: opening huddles, mid-day checks, end-of-day reviews
