Store Development Staff (Pasay City) (with or without EXP)

Requirements:



-Preferably bachelors degree holder

-Experience in similar field is highly preferable

-Language: Fluent in English

-Skills: Strong negotiation and management abilities

-amenable to work in Mall of Asia, Pasay

-willing to work a Japanese Cuisine Industry



Job description:

- Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms

- Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands

- Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal

- Arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts

- With pleasing personality



Work Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Deployment: HEAD OFFICE - PASAY CITY

Salary Offer: 21,500 Php (Meal allowance and pro-rated Service Charge included) plus maximum of 2,100 Php allowance depending on experience.
