Job Description
- Conduct property research: market area analysis, shopping center visits, customer and tenant analysis, sales estimation, comparison with existing stores, and profit and loss calculations
- Negotiate with property owners: propose terms and conditions, contract negotiations, discuss construction and asset classifications, competitor analysis
- Support store openings: promotional activities, coordination with owners, media relations
- Support existing stores: SNS promotion and coordination with other departments
- Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate development in the retail industry or at a real estate company
- Conversational high level of Japanese (For communication with HQ)
- Conversational middle level of English
- Experience working at a Japanese company
