Storage Engineer

Job Summary

The Storage Engineer is responsible for managing and supporting enterprise file storage systems to ensure high availability, performance, and data security. The role involves working with technologies such as NetApp, Dell EMC, Nutanix File, and Microsoft File Servers, providing 24x7 support, resolving incidents, and handling client onboarding and upgrades. The Storage Engineer also drives process improvements, documentation, and automation while collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless storage operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to provide daily and on-call technical support 24x7x365 on file storage solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of data. These are 16 different storage technologies including NetApp, Nutanix File, Dell EMC and Microsoft File Servers.
