Stock Controller at The Bank Hospital

Job Summary:

• The Stock Controller is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and other materials within the hospital.

• This role ensures that the hospital operates efficiently by preventing stockouts and overstock situations, thereby improving cashflow and supporting the smooth delivery of patient care. This role reports to the supply Chain Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records using hospital inventory management software

• Responsible for demand planning and material replenishment for all consumables. i.e. Diagnostics, Medical consumables and non-medical consumables.

• Conduct regular stock audits and physical counts to reconcile inventory records.

• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Manages the Store officers.
