Kendrick Recruitment is searching for a meticulous and reliable Stock Controller for a well‑established 5‑star boutique hotel and spa in Plettenberg Bay, part of a respected boutique hospitality group. This hands‑on role requires ownership of stock management across all departments while maintaining the high standards for which the property is known.

Minimum Requirements

• 2–3 years’ stock control experience within a hotel, lodge or restaurant environment
• Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with stock management or POS systems
• Understanding of F&B costing and procurement processes
• Ability to work methodically and independently
• Valid South African driver’s licence
• Stable work history with contactable references
