STEM FINANCE PROGRAMME

Weare looking for STEM Graduates who are looking to build a career inFinance. We are looking for individuals who wish to apply their STEMdiscipline to financial services. In Phase 1, our managers will providefoundational financial training and certain On Job Trainingwalk-through. In this Training, our managers will have a betterunderstanding of you and you will have a better feel of individual jobchallenges. In Phase 2, our managers will assign you a suitable job rolethat we believe you will excel in. We want to see you succeed.

Inorder to achieve certain level of competency and results, graduatesmust commit to this new job role for the next 2 years. Job roles includeoperations specialist, business analyst, financial analyst, programmer,data analyst, product specialist and dealer.
