POSITION PURPOSE

Ensure proper operation and delivery of all utilities from the central plant at the Huron River Dr. Campus. Operate the main boilers and controls generating a continuous supply of steam to the campus for heating, humidification, sterilization, cooking and auxiliary equipment. Operate and monitor equipment to supply chilled water for air conditioning. Regularly inspect all central plant machinery to detect malfunctions and ensure compliance with all regulatory agency requirements.
