Job Title: Station Representative (CVG Station)
Department: Maintenance
Reports To: Regional Outstation Maintenance Manager
Location: Hebron, Kentucky
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for Line Station procedures under the guidance of the Regional Line Maintenance Manager. Must identify any changes that will enhance departmental process quality and submit them to the Regional Outstation Maintenance Manager.Responsible for the oversight of personnel/contract maintenance regarding accomplishing work packages and work orders assigned by Maintenance Control.Develop and maintain sound personnel and labor relations and employee safety awareness.Coordinate with required maintenance control to ensure completion of maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of company aircraft....
