Staff Engineer Test Engineering

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Staff Engineer, Test Engineering to lead the validation and optimization of our semiconductor test processes. In this role, you will ensure that manufactured components and assembled products meet rigorous quality standards and objectives. You will drive the lifecycle of test programs from pre‑silicon verification to production release, managing complex transitions between test platforms while optimizing for yield, cost, and time.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, and ensure manufactured components and assembled products meet Infineon standards and objectives.
• Work on installation, correlation and production release of test programs, data handling, interpretation of test results, interface to test development and product engineering, and optimization of test package stability.
