What You Will Do
Lead Strategic Projects: Execute Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) projects to improve quality, yield, cycle time, and cost. Develop project charters, risk assessments, and control plans to ensure benefits are realized and sustained.
Identify & Eliminate Waste: Use Lean tools (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, SMED, Poka Yoke) to identify and remove process inefficiencies and bottlenecks (TIMWOOD).
Advanced Data Analytics: Apply statistical methods (SPC, regression, hypothesis testing, DOE) and use tools like Minitab to identify root causes and implement ...
