DETAILS: STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Title: STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Compensation: Base salary of 60-65k, plus benefits, bonus, 401k, PTO
Location: Pensacola, FL (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm)
OVERVIEW: STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Seeking a Staff Accountant for management of the day-to-day accounting operations and provide financial details and reports to fully support the management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Performs general accounting duties for the organization.
Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
Maintains the general ledger.
Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books.
Reconciles bank accounts at least monthly, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries ...
