Responsibilities

Partner with senior stakeholders (up to 2 levels below CEO) as a strategic talent advisor Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles such as Program Managers, Market Planners, Business/Data Analysts, Process Architects, and UX Designers Build and maintain talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies Leverage data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions Ensure a structured and efficient recruitment process Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with strong stakeholder management skills Ability to operate independently; not an order-taker mindset Strong sourcing expertise (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred) Experience in financial services is a plus Familiarity with Oracle is preferred Strong personality with confidence in engaging senior leadership Note: Not seeking strictly IT-focused recruiters.
