SRE (Site Reliability Engineer)

Responsibilities

• Manage Change Control, including protecting and managing the movement of releases in the production environment, developing release governance strategies, establishing consistent release management processes, and standardizing release playbooks and decision‑making.
• Review change requests, assess their feasibility, quantify risks, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve system performance and efficiency in a large‑scale distributed environment, ensuring safe, stable, and fast operation and overall platform stability.
• Build high‑availability capacity, handle emergencies, and guarantee operational normalization.
• Document knowledge and create solutions to support operations and development teams.
