Job Description:
- Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks.
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
- Manage network servers and technology tools
- Set up accounts and workstations
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
- Server installation and configuration (Active directory / dhcp /dns / VMware)
- Analyzes, logs, tracks and resolves complex software/hardware/Network/printer/servers and applications issues.
- Installation/ Trouble shooting of – OS, Antivirus, Any third party software
- Product knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, basic networking parts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
