Responsibilities
- Provide complex design and systems engineering configurations to support customer business objectives
- Partner with the sales team to achieve allocated sales targets through technical expertise
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their technical challenges and proposing effective F5 solutions
- Deliver customized product presentations and clearly articulate the technical value proposition
- Create customer documentation for Proof of Concept (POC) activities
- Support channel partners through technical expertise, oversight, and sustainable training
- Collaborate with product development and management to assist with customer special requests
- Maintain high-level technical knowledge of F5 products and the competitive landscape
