Responsibilities

Track, review, and process Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders, Owner Payment Applications, and claims if applicable.

Monitor job costs, maintain accurate reports, and assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in preparing quantity reports, analyzing labor costs, and completing quarterly profit project records.

Manage the preparation and execution of the Project closeout process.

Research and propose solutions to quality control issues.

Verify that all completed work complies with applicable codes, drawings, and specifications.
