We're hiring a Senior Network Engineer specializing in Unified Communications and VOIP support . If you have deep hands-on experience with Cisco voice technologies and thrive in high-pressure, enterprise environments this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communication tools including CUCM, Unity Connection, and Contact Center solutions (Finesse, eGain, Calabrio, ICM).
- Support and maintain Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) and related VOIP infrastructure.
- Manage enterprise-level voice systems including voice gateways, PSTN trunks, and SIP trunking.
- Oversee large-scale IVR/ACD implementations and enterprise dial-plan configuration.
