Multiple Positions Available:

1.Manage budgetary, people development and operations objectives within the Fulfillment Center.
2. Oversee aspects of operation or functions at the site.
3. Managing and lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coach and mentor the team to ensure performance objectives are met, build positive employee relations and build leadership bench strength within the Fulfillment Center.
4. Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable their functional area and ultimately the FC to meet and exceed business plan.
5. Oversee overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience of either Inbound or Outbound operations.
