Key Responsibilities:
Leads, manages, and develops multiple teams of Engineering and Technology personnel with at least 1 manager AND/OR high-level individual contributors Builds relationships and collaborates with inter-department stakeholders to support team effectiveness. Includes partnering with senior leadership, product, and/or program management to define project roadmaps and long-term goals. Ensures team adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards by coaching employees in required practices or applying corrective actions Provides guidance and mentorship to team members and mid-level managers.
