The Senior PXT Campus Manager is a strategic, high-judgment leader responsible for delivering operational excellence and scalable PXT impact across the most complex sites and regions. Leading a team of L4 HR Partners and L5/L6 HR Business Partners, you will partner with Snr Business and Amazon site Leaders, to translate enterprise people strategies into regional execution, strengthen leadership capability, and drive systemic improvements in culture, performance, and risk.
