About the Role

Our Parter Compensation Team is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to support our executive compensation programs and projects. This role has the potential for high visibility within the firm and requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and analytical skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties include reporting and analyzing compensation data, undertaking market data analysis, offer review, transfer review, and compensation cycle support.
Advise on compensation levels for new hire offers by conducting thorough analyses to ensure they are both competitive and fair.
Participate in firm-wide compensation competitive analysis. Activities include participating in third party surveys, undertaking analysis, interpretation and reporting of external and internal benchmarking.<...
