- Lead and support mid-to-large scale Master Data Management (MDM) projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Enterprise Data Architecture, Data Analytics, and Corporate Leadership to gather, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, effectively challenging and refining business needs to optimize project outcomes.
- Develop detailed requirements documentation, including user stories primarily for Data Engineering teams, and ensure clear communication across technical and business units.
