What you will be doing:
Lead and oversee assurance and advisory engagements for private entities clients across a variety of industries.
Strategically manage audit risk, timelines, and deliverables across multiple engagements.
Review and sign off on financial statements
Partner with firm leadership on client acquisition, retention, and expansion opportunities.
Actively contribute to thought leadership and continuous improvement within the assurance practice.
Coach and mentor Managers, Senior Associates, and junior staff, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
Represent Smythe in external networks and professional communities.
What you must have:
CPA, CA designation with a minimum of 7+ years in public practice, including 3+ years in a management capacity focused on private companies.
