Sr. Application Developer

This is a remote position. Summary ConvergeOne is looking to add a Senior Application Developer to our rapidly growing Cisco Contact Center Application Development Team. The Senior Application Developer will analyze and define the business and technical requirements of complex Cisco Contact Center implementations.

The Senior Application Developer will be required to have extensive design and implementation experience with Cisco Contact Center Products: Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE, PCCE and HCS), Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP), along with the integration of these systems with Cisco and other Contact Center solutions. As a Senior Application Developer, you will work with our customers deploying Cisco Contact Center solutions. You will be the project lead throughout the life-cycle of contact center projects, acting as primary design engineer working with developers, project managers and clients to meet specific needs throughout the process.
